Quality and safety management systems
Since 2004, Mozzanica has been using a UNI EN ISO 9001 management system for all its business processes, including design, sale, installation and maintenance of fire-fighting systems and devices.

Since 2004 to today, Mozzanica has kept its management system active and updated with regulatory updates, most recently implementing the 2015 revision of the standard.
In 2020 the Company obtained the ISO 45001 certification, the reference standard for the internationally recognised Occupational Health and Safety Management System and applicable to all organisations operating in the private and public sector.
With this certification Mozzanica & Mozzanica Srl:
- demonstrates the organisation's commitment to the protection of workers;
- provides evidence of the continuous monitoring of performance, identification of hazards, risk assessment and compliance with reference to specific legislative requirements;
- assures the market that the organisation considers the issue of the health and safety of its workers in the workplace a priority;
- communicates its reputation to the market, careful to act with transparent and responsible behaviour.
International certifications
Terrestrial or naval plant engineering at international level requires a high technical competence that can only be guaranteed by obtaining globally recognised certifications.

Fire extinguisher-hydrant maintenance certification
Mozzanica complies with the voluntary project "ICIM certified maintenance", promoted by UMAN, a Confindustria trade association, which the company is a member.
The project involves the issuing of a certification by ICIM, an independent Italian certification body, which verifies with regular checks that:
- the maintenance activity of fire extinguishers and hydrants is performed by competent technical personnel
- technical personnel use specific equipment that has been correctly calibrated and is appropriate to all the required operations
- the waste generated by the service is tracked on dedicated registers and disposed of according to the relevant regulations
- all the contractually agreed operations are performed according to current legislation.
To provide a guarantee to the Customer, an encrypted QR-Code can be found on the maintenance tag, which can be used, through the QRtify app, to access the data relating to the Mozzanica and the ICIM certification references.

F-GAS certification
Mozzanica has obtained - for the fluorinated gas extinguishing systems - recognition for certification, installation, maintenance and repair, in compliance with the main national and international standards.
In addition, the technical personnel assigned to operate on these systems are qualified and therefore enrolled in the ICIM Certified Professionals List.
Personnel Certifications
The new regulations in force in Italy, UNI 9994-2 and UNI 11473-3, have identified the characteristics that a maintenance technician must have in order to be able to operate according to the law.

Mozzanica has certified its own personnel, through the ACCREDIA qualification process, for which it has obtained the following certifications:
